Role: Delegate Acquisition ExecutiveLocation: Bristol, UKSalary: £23,000 (base) + £12,000 - £15,000 + OTE 1st Year - Uncapped Commission As a key player in the delegate acquisition team, you will be responsible for booking attendees to join our online and in-person meetings. We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven individual to join our delegate acquisition team. Day-to-day responsibilities:
Researching key decision-makers and building relationships with senior executives Prospecting and identifying leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator Administration and CRM management Facilitating post-event follow-up meetings between buyer and seller communities Cold calling, digital outreach, and email marketing Signing attendees up for our online and in-person meetings, gathering intelligence on their projects and helping them to find innovative solutions. Skills:
Active listening Administration Good verbal and written communication Consultative with good questioning skills Rapport building Problem-solving and objection handling Adaptability and versatility Working in our fast-paced, dynamic environment you will be responsible for creating sales opportunities for some of the world's leading technology vendors. Experience in similar roles is preferred, although full training is given, with ongoing support, coaching, and mentoring. Primarily this role will be office based, although there will be flexibility with working from home. You’ll be accountable for results, and high performance, and will be expected to have a strong mentality and positive attitude.
